Musa Wada on Wednesday emerged as the governorship candidate to represent the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the upcoming November 16 election in Kogi state, north-central Nigeria.

Eye9ja understands that the Wada emerged as winner when he defeated his other counterparts by pulling 748 votes.

Wada, a younger brother of the immediate past Governor Idris Wada.

While Wada made away with 748 votes, Abubakar Ibrahim, son of a former governor of the state, secured 710 votes; this made him emerge as second.

This online news medium understands that the immediate past governor of the state polled 340 votes to place number three in the election while Dino Melaye, a senator representing Kogi west, came a distant fourth with 70 votes.
