The Department of State Services (DSS) on Friday attempted to rearrest the convener of #RevolutionNow Protest, Omoyele Sowore and his co-defendant, Olawale Bakare.
Eye9ja understands that the attempts by some of the operatives of the DSS to rearrest Sowore and Bakare were made within the courtroom.
According to SaharaReporters, the DSS operatives also chased away the presiding judge, Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu and assaulted a journalist in a deliberate bid to arrest the duo.
This comes after the duo was released ate Thursday night following a court verdict.
