Serving corps members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) have already started jubilation as they confirm the receipt of N33,000 new allowance from the President Muhammadu Buhari-led federal government.
Eye9ja recalls that there was an approved increment in corp members monthly allowance, otherwise known as allowee.
As at Friday, January 31, Corp members nation-wide have already started receiving the payment of the allowance.
Some of the corp members took to Twitter, a micro-blogging site to share proves such as bank alerts from their respective NYSC bank accounts.
This is coming just days after Eye9ja had reported that the director-general of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Shuaibu Ibrahim, revealed the monthly allowance of corp members had been increased to N33,000.
Below are reactions gathered by Eye9ja on the micro-blogging site Twitter.

Dear #NYSC members, now that the FG has increased your allowance to 33k, don't increase your expenses, continue to work with 19,800 budget, you've been coping with it, save & invest more.
Saving extra #13,200 will give you#158k
You need something to fall back to after service. pic.twitter.com/fIfswtD7sB
