Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu tests positive to COVID-19 also known as Coronavirus, Eye9ja reports.
Eye9ja understands that the news of Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo state testing positive to COVID-19 was confirmed by the Governor himself.
Akeredolu revealed that he has contacted coronavirus, also COVID-19, in a tweet oon his verified handle on the micro-blogging site, Twitter.
While speaking on him contacting the virus, Akeredolu wrote: “Earlier today, I got confirmation of a positive result for Covid-19. “I am asymptomatic and not displaying any symptoms.
” I am currently self-isolating and supervised home management will be administered by the wonderful team at our Infectious Disease Hospital.
“I ask that we all stay safe and be well.”
The Governor also requested for prayers for a quick recovery as he goes into self-isolation.
