Nnamdi Kanu leader of the outlawed Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) has shunned Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia state when he turned down the Governor’s call to return home and be crowned “King of Ibeku”.
Nnamdi Kanu shunning Governor Ikkpeazu comes as his reaction to the Governors directive asking Nnamdi Kanu to return home.
The Governor had also warned that if the Biafran leader fails to return home, he (the Governoe of Abia state) will have no choice than to appoint a King in his Nnamdi Kanu)’s absence.
However, apparently displeased with the offer, the IPOB leader replied Ikpeazu that his mission is to liberate Igbos from slavery and not to be king in Abia State.

“The call is a distraction to me and no man or government that can away Biafra agitation.”
